Roland Bal — Owner
Roland Bal is the owner of The Fix It All Guys LLC and brings decades of hands-on experience and problem-solving to every RV that rolls into the shop. Known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and “fix it right the first time” mindset, Roland has built a reputation for honest service and quality repairs customers can count on.
Outside of the shop, Roland is a proud family man. He’s been married to his wife Angela for nearly 22 years, and together they’ve built a life centered on family, faith, and hard work. Roland has four grown children and four grandchildren who are truly his pride and joy.
When he’s not turning wrenches, you’ll likely find him doing what he loves most—outdoors, enjoying camping, off-roading, and time in nature. That love for adventure (and the RV lifestyle) is a big part of why he takes such pride in helping others stay safe and ready for the road.
Chad Trimm — Lead Technician
Chad Trimm is the Lead Technician at The Fix It All Guys LLC and brings both skill and lifelong experience to the shop every day. He has been working professionally in the RV industry since 2010, but his background goes back even further—he started going to work with his dad, Roland, at an early age and has been around RV repair and service most of his life. That hands-on foundation shaped Chad into the knowledgeable, detail-focused technician customers trust.
Chad is also a devoted family man. He has been married to his wife Brittnee since 2014, and together they are raising four beautiful children. Family is at the heart of everything he does.
When Chad isn’t working, he’s usually outside doing what he loves most—camping, hiking, off-roading, and spending time in the great outdoors with his crew. That passion for outdoor adventure and the RV lifestyle makes his work even more personal—because he understands that an RV isn’t just a vehicle… it’s where memories happen.
Angela Bal — Office Manager
Angela Bal serves as the Office Manager at The Fix It All Guys LLC, handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop running smoothly every day. With over 25 years of office experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, she brings strong organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy to everything she does.
Angela manages the “paperwork side” of the business, including documentation, extended warranty coordination, and insurance claim support. She works directly with warranty companies to obtain authorizations and guides customers through the insurance process, making sure the right information is submitted so repairs can move forward without unnecessary delays.
Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and off-roading.
